The food and drinks were delicious. The waiter was not very attentive, he seemed frazzled, kept telling us how busy he was. This was our first time sitting in the River Room. It was cozy and intimate but I think it needs more decoration to live up to the rest of the restaurant.

Host was as friendly as a cardboard box. He sat us at a table two feet from another full table, while the rest of the restaurant was pretty much empty. When I say “he sat us”, he dropped the menus on the table and walked away. We ask another host if we could move to a table with a little more breathing room, and he said no problem. Our server never smiled and stopped by only once to see if we needed anything. We had to wave him down to get another round of drinks. The appetizers and entrees were all very good, but the crappy and unfriendly service took away any enjoyment of our dining experience. I can’t see recommending this restaurant to anyone, which is disappointing because the quality of the food was 4+ stars.

Food was amazing, perfectly priced as well. Our waitress was so kind, and our seat was just perfect. Meal proportions were a lot more than I was expecting, and the taste of everything we ordered was to die for

5:30 reservation, but seated around 6. Manager made it right by expediting our food and comping our appetizers. Food was amazing as usual.

My duck was over cooked and chewy. Brussel sprouts in the “ broccoli melange” was raw. The waitress was lackluster. We had to ask about specials we asked for dessert menu We asked about drink menu (Did she really work there?) To be fair My friend loved her elk medallions and risotto cake.
