At the start of each class, we enjoy local wines, craft beers, sangria or non-alcoholic beverages. Next, we make the dough, which is made with 100% Gluten-free ingredients. While waiting for the dough to rise, you will enjoy delicious appetizers such as hummus platters, salad, or an assortment of seasonal favorites from our menu. After which, we will talk about the history of pizza and WILD. Next, it's time to knead the dough! Then, once it’s rolled and ready, we spread the sauce and cheese on top along with your choice of toppings which are vegan/vegetarian-friendly. Then, THE PIZZAS GO INTO THE OVEN! Pretty soon, everyone gets to enjoy their unique pizza creation! Or take it home! Your choice!

Great gluten free restaurant in the Village. My daughter enjoyed mushroom garganella: I prefer a more toothsome preparation. Salmon with arugula quite good, needed a bit of salt. Spinach artichoke pizza enjoyed by all. Caramel cheesecake was delicious. Our server was all smiles and very pleasant.

excellent service me and my fiancé loved the food it came out quick and outstanding it’s definitely worth it and the inside is beautiful and romantic. We are definitely looking forward to coming back again and it was our first time there and everything was 100% GLUTEN FREE

I will not be back. We waited 35 minutes for our reservation, though we arrived on time. Many tables seated before us. They rushed us through service, wouldn’t allow us to continue ordering drinks after our meal. Rushed us off the table, were not friendly or apologetic, no compensation or accommodation for waiting excessively long times. The restaurant was SO crammed, could barely hear each other, and servers kept bumping into me and tripping over our table. 10/10 do NOT recommend. Maybe sit outside in the cold if you need GF food.
