They were out of Rib Eye at 6:00 PM, but the New York Strip was very good. My daughter's Strip Steak was also very good, and the Calamari was as well.

I have been here many times and have typically had good experiences but clearly was not a good night for them. Service was slow and had to flag someone down for water since our drinks took so long. Felt like we were in a forgotten corner room. Server actually brought a second crab cake appetizer because she with dinner because she didn’t know we had already had it, then awkwardly took it away. Food was fine but got a rubber band in the broccolini and the dessert seemed like it had been sitting out for awhile. The crab cakes are great but overall just not worth the higher prices this time.

Our steak and prime rib both tasted very good and were cooked/served as ordered (medium rare). The baked potatoes we had as sides were the largest potatoes I can recall ever seeing and in spite of their size, were thoroughly cooked properly. Service was attentive without feeling rushed.

We were sat in the middle which we didn’t mind although I noticed our table was half the size of the other tables in the middle. I got the prime rib and my wife got the petit filet mignon. She didn’t realize her steak was so small, especially for the price. She said it also tasted pretty bland. She did enjoy the mashed potatos. The prime rib was good but the loaded baked potato was only ok. We remember our experiences from being at a Wildfire before… more food, very tasty and satisfying. This was not. We tried to have a special night for Valentines Day but we could only try our best to make the most of it.

We didn’t start well with a couple dirty appetizer plates and a missed beverage order. The bison meatballs appetizer was very light and tasty. Small, not the typical Italian meatball. Beef Wellington special was very good. Don’t see that dish often. Coconut shrimp was overcooked and its panko breading was soggy. Tasted like it was under heat lamp too long. A meh experience in a restaurant we’ve enjoyed in the past.

A server can make or break a dining experience. Over the last 25 years I have dined at Wildfire multiple times a year. Never have I had such a disappointing experience. Our server seemed upset with us from the moment we sat down, it made the whole experience awkward. It left us questioning coming back.

Service was excellent! Food was very good! It was a little bit noisy, but we requested a booth and were happily accommodated. Wildfire is a great restaurant for a special occasion!

We enjoyed the Valentines Day menu including bison meatballs, tomato & onion salad, petite filets, mashed potatoes , & chocolate cake! All were accompanied with a California red wine blend. Note to mgr: please put that tomato, onion & blue cheese salad on the regular menu… it was a winner! All food was cooked to perfection. Our server, Stacie, did an excellent job…courteous & fun! Even though it was a busy night, the service & food did not disappoint.

We had a party of three including one gluten free person in our party. Food came out in a timely manner and was cooked exactly to our order. The service was great. Overall, we had a nice dining experience.
