The evening begins with Pepper Jack Cheese Empanadas & Shrimp Ceviche paired with a Paloma-Rita, followed by Blackened Mahi Mahi paired with a Pineapple Margarita, Prime Skirt Steak paired with a Pomegranate Margarita, and ends with a Dulce De Leche Mousse paired with a Carajillo. Pati Dwyer, Senior IL. Market Manager for Nosotros Life & Spirits, will join us to discuss the pairings. Dinner begins at 6:30pm, please arrive at least 15 min early to check in. At the time of checkout, we appreciate it if you pre-select the gratuity for your service staff that evening to facilitate the check-in process. Event seating assignments are coordinated by Wildfire.

              Business dinner, greatly appreciated putting our dinner party in the private room in the bar area. Service was great, food was very good. Would be a 5 star experience except a couple of our steaks were overcooked from the way they were ordered. The manager corrected the situation. Overall very good experience and would come back.

              Visited with friends to celebrate our recent birthdays. The food, drinks, and service were excellent. We enjoyed the ambience and our server, Vassi, helped to make our celebration special.

              Excellent experience as always. We have NEVER had a bad meal at Wildfire. Will always consider Wildfire for dinner in the future. Birthday celebration for my wife was special and all staff appreciated for their part in the evening. Our waitress was outstanding!

              Wildfire is usually very consistent. Our serve his trip was either not well trained or just poor at his job. The restaurant was about half full at our visit. We ordered drinks, and when our food came out a 2nd round. We were able able to finish our entire meal before our 2nd drinks came out. Mind you one was a refill on a diet. Again this isn't the usual there, but it was a disappointing meal for my wife and I.

              We were able to take advantage of the Valentines menu. It was well worth the price. There were four of us and we were able to share everything. The Wildfire chopped salad was great as always. Steaks were cooked well, salmon was good. Bacon wrapped scallops always one of my husbands favorite. Our server Robert was wonderful, he did not rush us and was very pleasant.
