   We had a very poor experience at Wolfgangs 1- servers were not knowledgeable of menu items and had to frequently leave our table to have basic questions answered 2- drinks took 25 min and we still had to ask again for a missed drink 3- salads and tuna appetizer we ordered had poor seasoning and no flavour 4- there was a metal wire in our mac and cheese. When we showed our server he suggested the manager come see. The manager came to our table and explained it was likely from a Brillo pad used in washing dishes and then walked away. 5- we were charged for a side dish that was ordered but never arrived This is a very expensive meal in a restaurant that is too big and service is compromised. They are much more enjoyable dining experiences in Honolulu!

   まず、おすすめのワインを好みを聞いて教えてくれたこと、付け合わせのスピナッチについても調理方法を詳しく説明してくれました。おいしくて、サーバーの方もフレンドリーで楽しく食事できました！

   The table near the entrance meant constant foot traffic, which unfortunately disrupted the dining experience.

   This is the second time we celebrated New Years Day at Wolfgang’s steak house. Pricey I know but you want to start the new year with awesome food and worry later how much I paid. Service was again excellent. Praises to our server Allie. If next year goes good I’ll be back again.

   The food was fantastic. The service was impeccable. Everything we could want was provided. The server even asked if we wanted a picture after he had set the table for us! Attention to detail from our service staff was impressive. What fell short, however, was that there were several wines and dishes that were not available (on NYE, when they knew they’d be completely full). Also, the women’s bathroom was less than stellar. One stall was out of order, leaving just 2. The toilet paper was not on the dispenser (ew!). The trash can was overflowing. The soap dispenser was out of soap. And the paper towels were also out. This was at 5:30p. I shudder at the thought of how much worse it got throughout the night. Otherwise it was a great experience.

   いつも裏切らない美味しさです。やはり、ワイキキに来たら必ず行きたいお店です。今回もやっぱり美味しかったです。お支払いの際、サービス料が初めから入っていました。

   女性3人で、サラダ、マッシュポテト、ヒレフィニヨンを取り分けました。パンもついてきました。 お店の方に量が多いから気をつけて〜と親切に教えていただきました。 足りないかと思いましたが、お腹いっぱいになりました。とても美味しく、お店の方も親切でとても良かったです。

   I used it for my first lunch in Waikiki I was thinking about NEW YORK SIRLOIN as the main dish, but the bisque soup was very delicious! Of course, NEW YORK SIRLOIN is excellent, but I was very surprised because I didn't think the soup was this delicious. I really want to come to the store next time

    食事、サービスともにとても良かったです。オニオンリングを頼んだのですが、すごい量で食べきれずお持ち帰りしました。隣のテーブルに外国の若い団体客が来て、香水の匂いがキツく気持ちが悪くなり食欲がなくなってしまいました。お店自体はとても良かったので残念でした。またハワイに行った際には利用したいと思います。
