   I've been to Wood countless times. Most experiences were fine. This time service was awful -and it was especially frustrating because we were there to celebrate a dear friend's birthday. Other tables were seated, served and finished before our order even arrived. It was over an hour from the time we gave our order to the time we were served - and our orders weren't complicated. Had we not complained to the hostess, it likely would have been even longer due to an inattentive waiter. To compensate, they gave us 25% off the bill - if I'd been the manager I would have done more to apologize. Everyone makes mistakes. It is how those mistakes are managed that either builds or chips away at loyalty. We will think twice before returning to Wood.

   Great. Love it. But the menu has been failing. Pork. Pork Duck Pork Lamb Pork Beef Chicken Pork This needs to change… Or I’ll stop going. I’ve been a customer since WOOD opened. This menu is no longer acceptable It’s really unhealthy. Salty. Terribly unwelcoming for many diet limitations. It’s lame to be a Pork menu. Almost offensive from a culinary welcoming perspective.

   Perhaps this won't be important to most diners. But for a Friday in Lent, it was unfortunate that the only fist entree was a lobster casserole, one of the most expensive items on the menu.

   Tasty food that came out very quickly. Drinks were also delicious. Service was very good as well. No complaints.

   Seemed short staffed for mid week; there was a long wait between appetizer and entree courses. It was like the order was held back or something.

   Good is amazing, but be picky about who serves you. Our server almost ruined our valentines with his disgusting attitude.

   I really enjoyed this meal. We went for Valentine’s Day and the service was really good. The portions are pretty small but the steak frites and pesto spaghetti were so good.

    This was our first time dining here and safe to say all of the food was incredible and service was relatively quick and effortless even on a busy Valentine’s Day/Friday night. Steak tartare was delicious and the lamb shoulder and Wood’s KFC dishes were to die for. We will absolutely be back.
