Zuma Miami where it all started has been a staple of good food and experience. Not so in the NYC version. Noise level was out of control, food was okay (Miami was better), service was touch and go. Food and experience was just way overpriced, portions were ridiculously small. One grilled lobster was $81, the sticky rice hot pot was the same price as Miami ($75) but the pot was much smaller. The fruit platter in the end was $25 (nope, not the dish, but per person). Yet the place was packed well past 10:30p…

Zuma made our Valentine’s Day experience really amazing! Thanks to the amazing staff, servers and chefs. Kelly and Umberto were really amazing in responding to my inquiries. They ensured that the evening went as expected. The music, Roses and Rosé station really elevated the experience. Kudos to Zuma. I will be back again and again and again!

They took 1 hour to sit me down when I have a reservation and had me there for 3 hours for them to tell they have to cancel my food because the kitchen is closing. Where am I going to eat at 1 am. Awful

Best service and cocktails! Food was on par with Boston location, however service was even better in NY!
